$105/per hour - First available time slot - Must allow at least 2 hours for response time

$90-120 - Virus and Spyware removal (depends on how infected the machine is)

$90 - Install Windows operating system, drivers, and current updates

$120 - Install Windows operating system, drivers, current updates, and data transfer

Data recovery is a lengthy and unpredictable process that can take between several hours and several days. For this reason, there is no charge to attempt to recover data; however, if we do recover data, the fee is $199.00 and the customer must designate what format they would like the media (additional charges may apply if we provide the media, i.e. a new hard drive for the data).
